Reimagine ADHD: Your Blueprint for Thriving Starts Here

Discover how Human Design unlocks clarity, alignment, and strategies built for the way your brand works.

ADHD Doesn't Have to be a Limitation

The way your brain works isn’t a flaw; it’s a unique blueprint for innovation, creativity, and resilience. With the right strategies it can become your greatest strength.

Burnout is a Signal, Not a Failure

Burnout isn’t proof you’ve done something wrong—it’s proof that the systems around you weren’t designed for your mind. It’s a turning point, and together, we’ll use it to create something better.

Success is Personal- and it Starts with Clarity

You don’t need to follow someone else’s path to thrive. True success comes from understanding your unique wiring and designing a life that aligns with it—on your terms.

ADHD & Human Design: Rooted in Clarity, Designed for You

You’ve tried planners, productivity hacks, and enough self-help books to fill a library—and yet, the cycles of burnout and overwhelm persist.

You’re not alone.

Traditional methods often miss one critical truth: your mind isn’t wired like everyone else’s. To truly break the cycle of burnout, we need to approach it through the lens of your unique wiring, conditioning, and strengths.

The good news? There’s no one-size-fits-all solution—and that’s exactly the point.

My Approach

1. Getting to the Root: Causal Coaching

Burnout, overwhelm, and frustration aren’t random—they’re symptoms of deeper misalignment. I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level solutions. Instead, we’ll dive into the root causes of your challenges to uncover patterns and blocks that have held you back. Together, we’ll address these with tools that create meaningful, lasting change.

2. The THRIVES Method: Human Design Meets Holistic Solutions

At the heart of my coaching is the THRIVES Method, a framework that integrates Human Design with mindset, nervous system regulation, and personalized strategy. Human Design acts as your roadmap, helping us decode how you’re uniquely wired, while the THRIVES Method turns that insight into practical, actionable steps for every area of your life.

3. A Balance of Science and Spirituality

My approach combines the best of both worlds. Grounded in Human Design, I draw from Positive Psychology, somatic practices, and traditional ADHD approaches to create a system that’s as practical as it is transformative. This isn’t about “woo”—it’s about using insights and evidence-based practices to align every aspect of your life.

4. ADHD as an Invitation

ADHD doesn’t define you, and it doesn’t have to hold you back. I see ADHD as an invitation to discover new ways of thriving. By understanding how your brain works, we’ll create systems, strategies, and a sense of alignment that allows you to move forward with clarity and confidence—on your terms.

What You Won’t Find Here

You won’t find:

 • Accountability coaching: I’m not here to nag you into action.

 • Sugarcoating: My approach is direct, compassionate, and results-oriented.

Why? Because you don’t need someone to hold your hand. You need clarity, alignment, and the freedom to create solutions that work for you, while cutting through the stories and conditioning that have kept you stuck.

Note: This coaching is not a replacement for psychiatric support, medical treatment, or therapy. If you need professional mental health care, I encourage you to seek out the appropriate support for where you are at.

What You Will Find

Think of me as your guide and strategic partner, blending mindset-shifting techniques with actionable strategies.

My methods are rooted in:

 • Specialized training across mental health, Human Design, somatic practices, and ADHD support.

 • Methods borne out of specialized training, ongoing research, collaborations with reputable mentors and thought-leaders.

 • Insights from my personal and professional journey of working with ADHD and Human Design.

Challenges may arise, but know that I will nudge you forward if it aids you in achieving your desired goals.

Every partnership is approached with empathy, deep insight, and the tools to turn your challenges into strengths. This isn’t about forcing change—it’s about uncovering what’s already within you and designing a life that truly fits.

This is My Story.

For over a decade, I worked in the mental health field, specializing in helping teens, young women, and adults navigate diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. It was my passion—and my specialty. But despite my expertise, it never dawned on me (or my doctors) to look at my own struggles through the lens of ADHD.

Looking back now, the signs were always there:

 • I was labeled a typical Type A personality—a perfectionist who needed control.

 • Shelves of self help books (not opened of course) weighed down my bookcases.... and my mind.

 • I poured my energy into work or school while letting relationships fall apart.

 • I struggled with rejection sensitivity, constantly trying to mold myself into someone I thought people would accept.

 • Life felt like a constant competition. I worked harder, pushed further, and aimed to be the best—not just to succeed, but to prove myself worthy.

I couldn’t slow down. But because I was so “successful” in everything I took on, no one saw it as a problem—including me. It wasn’t until my body said no, when I hit a burnout I couldn't push through, that I finally received an ADHD diagnosis. Exhausted I ended up at my doctors office, shoulders slumped, at my wits end asking if I could possibly have ADHD (after being up all night Googling ADHD of course).

But here’s the thing: the diagnosis wasn’t a magic pill to fix all my problems. It wasn’t medication. It wasn’t therapy. It wasn’t even Human Design.

It was a combination of all of them, while also taking radical responsibility for my patterns that needed to break.

When Everything Changed

After starting ADHD medication, I felt immediate relief—but then something unexpected happened. It felt like my ADHD was getting worse. What I didn’t realize at the time was that my nervous system was deeply dysregulated from the immense stress of my day-to-day life. It wasn’t just ADHD showing up; it was the impact of my environment, my conditioning, and the systems I’d been navigating for years.

That’s when I started connecting the dots.

ADHD isn’t just genetic—it’s environmental too. Our struggles aren’t just “in our heads”; they’re tied to our experiences, our conditioning, and how we interact with the world around us. That realization led me to pursue a Differentiation Degree through the International Human Design School, diving deep into Human Design, Rave Psychology, and the Primary Health System to understand ADHD through a new lens.

My Philosophy: Slow Down to Thrive

Here’s what I know now: When we’re stuck in cycles of burnout, overwhelm, and frustration, we often can’t see the small things piling up—the stress, the conditioning, the environments that push us past our limits. But when we slow down enough to notice, everything starts to change.

Human Design helps us uncover the patterns in our lives:

 • How are we designed to thrive?

 • How is our openness impacting us through taking on others energy?

 • What small shifts are signaling that we’re getting off track?

When we start to see these connections, we can build a life that doesn’t just support our unique wiring—it leverages it. We create strategies that finally work and guardrails to help us notice subtle shifts before they become full-blown burnout.

I believe in a holistic approach:

 • Medication, Therapy and Tools: When they’re needed, they can be lifesaving.

 • Deconditioning: Addressing how years of masking, stress, and societal expectations have impacted your nervous system and sense of self.

 • Environment: Designing a life that works with you, not against you.

This work isn’t about fixing you—it’s about giving you the tools to take back the reins and design a life where you can thrive.

My Mission

My mission is to help high-performing women see ADHD not as a limitation but as a spark for innovation. Together, we’ll reimagine what’s possible and design a life that works for the way you’re wired.

Who My Work Is For

My work is designed for women who are ready to approach ADHD and burnout in a new way. Here’s who I love to support:

 • Women who appreciate a straightforward, no-BS approach.

If you’re tired of sugarcoated advice and need someone who can cut through the noise and get to the point, you’re in the right place.

 • Women stuck in cycles of burnout, overwhelm, or frustration.

If you’ve tried all the traditional approaches but still feel like something’s missing, I can help you uncover the deeper patterns and create strategies that actually work for you.

 • High-achieving women who feel held back by exhaustion.

You’ve built an incredible life, but you know you’re capable of so much more when you’re not constantly fighting burnout.

 • Women looking for actionable strategies, not cookie-cutter solutions.

You want tools tailored to your unique wiring, not generic advice that doesn’t take your individuality into account.

Who My Work Is Not For

While my approach is designed to be deeply supportive and transformative, it’s not for everyone.

 • If you’re looking for a quick fix.

ADHD and burnout aren’t problems that can be solved overnight. My work requires curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to explore deeper patterns.

 • If you’re resistant to trying something new.

I combine Human Design, neuroscience, and practical coaching to create solutions tailored to you. If you’re not open to holistic approaches or exploring your unique wiring, this isn’t the right fit.

 • If you’re looking for accountability coaching.

I won’t chase, nag, or check boxes for you. My role is to equip you with the tools, clarity, and alignment you need to thrive—not to micromanage your progress.

 • If you’re not ready to take responsibility for your growth.

I can provide the roadmap, but the journey is yours. My work is for people who are ready to take an active role in designing their lives.

 • If you’re at a place in your journey where therapy is needed.

My work is not therapy. While I draw on my background in mental health counselling, this is a coaching-based approach focused on creating strategies and alignment. If you need therapeutic support, I recommend working with a licensed therapist before exploring this work.

I can provide the roadmap, but the journey is yours. My work is for people who are ready to take an active role in designing their lives.

When I'm Not Coaching

You’ll likely find me on our small farm, taking care of our rescue animals. In 2023, we started a farm animal sanctuary, and my dream is to expand to a larger property in the coming years so we can save even more animals. I’m a homebody at heart and love the quiet rhythm of life on the farm—hanging out with my beloved chickens (I have a soft spot for Silkie chickens!) and soaking in the peace of our little corner of the world.

Fitness is another big part of my life. I balance my days with runs, yoga, and a few weekly CrossFit sessions in our home gym. I’m also a proud dog mom to two adopted pups, one of whom has megaesophagus. Her resilience has inspired me to one day start a rescue specifically for megaesophagus dogs here in Canada!

When I’m not working with animals or moving my body, I’m probably reading. Branding, marketing are personal interests, especially in relation to another business I run. Human Design, Positive Psychology, and it's intersection with ADHD (obviously!) are also favourite topics to dive into. I don't read mysteries or romance, I love being challenged intellectually and expanding my knowledge!

My life’s work is rooted in service—something beautifully reflected in my Gene Keys as well as my Incarnation in Human Design (Right Angle of Service). I’ve found a way to blend helping people with building a quiet, meaningful life on the farm, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
