The creator of the THRIVES Method and ADHD + HD, a holistic approach for ADHD high performing women.
I’m a triple certified coach, former mental health counsellor, and Human Design Expert about helping high-performing women with ADHD live with clarity, confidence, and what I call “calm aliveness.
With over 15 years of experience, I bring a unique, integrative approach that combines science, holistic practices, and personalized strategies. My certifications include strengths-based positive psychology, mind-body coaching, life and success coaching, somatic stress release, polyvagal yoga, somatic attachment theory, Human Design, and Gene Keys.
But what sets my coaching apart is the THRIVES Method—a framework I developed to help women with ADHD address the root causes of their challenges and create meaningful, sustainable change. Grounded in Human Design, the THRIVES Method integrates mindset, nervous system regulation, and energy work to guide you toward alignment and growth.
